1.Uploading a ticket template
If you already have a pre-designed ticket which you would like to upload into our system and use as a template, please carry out the following steps:
a) Log into your My-area and choose the tab “Ticket”.
b) Please click the button “Create a new Ticket template”. The following window will appear:

c) Then, please enter the internal name and choose your ticket in PDF format. These formats are supported:

IMPORTANT: When accessing the field “Category”, you will need to select “seminars” in the drop-down menu.

As soon as you have entered all the necessary information, please click “Save” in the bottom left.

Stay in the previously set up product and choose the tab “Ticket”:
Please mark “enable eTicket delivery”. The following menu will appear:

Now select the template that was uploaded in advance. Alternatively, you can opt for the template of affilicon.
