In the following steps we would like to inform you about the usage of our order form configuration tool. Please have a look at our video tutorial:

You can also read through our written instructions. Please click for each product on “Edit” and choose the tab “Oder form”. In this menu you will be able to set your desired configuration for the order form.
1. Adjustment of the header
You can either use the preset affilicon header or upload your own header design in the configurator.
You can upload the header of your choice by clicking on “Settings”.
Now the following window will be visible:
Please click on “Add an image” and then on “Upload a new image”.
Choose a locally stored image (please be aware of the indications of image sizes).
As soon as the upload of the image is completed, it will be visible.
Have a second click on the image to confirm it as the header image for your product.
Furthermore you can use the same screen to switch on or off aspects such as safety notes, logos dividing lines and order buttons. You can do so by adding a check to the corresponding fields.
2. Move elements
All elements of the order form can be moved throughout the complete document. If you would like to place for example the cart widget in the central area of the order form instead of the header area, then you can move it simply by drag & drop. It works out the same for all the other elements of the order form.
3. Create a testimonial
To include a testimonial in the payment form, please do the following:
Click on “Add an element” and choose “Testimonials”. The section will now appear in your payment form.
Then please click on “Settings” in the testimonials field to open this window:
Enter the title and the footer text for the testimonials.
Afterwards please click on “Add new testimonial” and you will see this view.
To add an image for your testimonial, choose “Add an image”.
Enter the name and text in the provided fields and click “Select”.
You can add unlimited testimonials, however we recommend you to not use more than four of them. Finally please save the complete template by clicking on “Save” on the bottom left.
4. Explanation of the navigation bar
4.1. Undo
With this selection you can withdraw previously entered settings.
4.2. Restore
Here you can restore a reversed setting.
4.3. Design/Layout
In this menu you will be able to choose the design theme and set up the background of your order form. For instance you could add an image or change the background color.
Our recommendation is the theme “Modern (Flat-Design / Responsive”, as it is optimized for mobile use and can therefore be shown properly on specific devices (desktop, smartphones or laptops).
You can also adjust the orientation of the order form (vertical, horizontal, repetition, scroll behavior).
If necessary, you can establish the distance of the background image to the edge of the window.
4.4. Preview
At any time you can always have a look at a preview of your order form by clicking the preview button.
Here a pop up with current changes will open automatically.
4. Add more elements
To add more elements to your order form, please click on the button “Add elements”.
The following window will be visible:
Here you can choose out of the following elements: image, quality label, testimonials, text or video.
Select an element and click on “Add”.
You can repeat this process as often as you like.
All elements can be arranged individually by clicking on their “Settings”. Then the order form configuration tool will show you an edit form for the specific element.
