How does "Thank you page URL / Download URL" work by vendors product setup?

1. After logging in to affilicon.net, create a new product in your administration area or choose an already existing product. Click "Edit".

2. In the tab "Product data" scroll down to "E-mail addresses and links".

3. Copy and paste the link to your sales webpage into the field “Purchase URL”.

Attention: You should create your sales webpage on your own and integrate it in your website.

4. Fill in the field “Thank you page URL / Download URL” with a link to the page where your customers will be redirected immediately after they submit their purchase.

This link can be a direct download link leading to a PDF file or a software. Alternatively you can also link to the login page of a membership area.

In the case of shipping physical products, the customer might be redirected to a reference page informing the client about the delivery date.

A useful listing could be created as follows:

http://www.yourwebsite.de/myproduct/download.html

Additionally you have the possibility to receive the URL parameter for the order, that can be evaluated with GET on your target server.

Currently supported variables are:

For example, if you fill the following URL into the field:

http://www.yourwebsite.de/?rechnr=%Rechnungsnummer&nachname=%Nachname%

... then we will create an access to your website in this format:

http://www.yourwebsite.de/?rechnr=210697586&nachname=Mustermann

Alternatively you can also use separator characters such as “/” or “-”:

http://www.yourwebsite.de/%Vendor%/%Rechnungsnummer%/%eMailadresse%/%Vorname%/%Nachname%/ %Rechnungsbetrag%/

... then we will create an access to your website in this format:

http://www.yourwebsite.de/youraffiliconID/210697586/mustermannk2000@kunde.de/Hans/Mustermann/49.97/
