Commission payout: how often do I get paid and when do I receive it?

You will find all payout related information in the affilicon.net Dashboard. Under "Purchases" you can find some graphics illustrating all vendor sales.

Find information to your commissions and payments in your "Reports".

• The “Commissions” tab displays your current sales commissions. From the amount displayed the affilicon fee, value added tax and the affiliate commission has been deducted. You can find more information about the commission chart on this help page.

• The “Payments” tab indicates when exactly the commissions have been credited to your account. This depends on possible deductions or security deposits. Please find more information about the payment chart on this help page.

The payment of credit amounts for product sales and affiliate commissions can be released from 100 Euro net. Please enter the billing information in your account in order to be paid out punctually. You can find more information here.

Attention: For our new vendors and affiliates we apply 100% security retention within the first payment cycle in order to observe the return rate of the product. 

The “security deposit” is part of your commission, which we will retain if any chargebacks were to occur (also returns) or accounting errors around the sales.

Accounting errors can occur, if your customers, for example, fill incorrect statements in the payment form. The security deposit will be paid out after eight weeks.

This way we avoid vendor / affiliate account over-payments.

After eight weeks the security deposit will be returned according to the number of sales:

1 Sale = 100% retention

2-3 Sales = 50% retention

4-10 Sales = 20% retention

> 11 Sales = 10% retention
