Can I also sell as an Entrepreneur?

Yes. If you are a small entrepreneur, you can easily sell your products through our platform.

In this case, a VAT-ID will not be necessary. Only your tax number will be required.

As AffiliCon GmbH acts as a reseller and is above the turnover limit for small entrepreneurs, we need to pay value added tax. This is why we need to invoice the value added tax of 19% (respectively the corresponding value added tax of each country) to the end customer. You will always receive your commission payments in net.

During your registration you can choose whether you are a small entrepreneur or taxable. You can even change this setting later.

To change your company state, please do the following:

1. Log in to your affilicon account and click your affilicon-ID in the upper-right corner.

2. Click “Account Settings” → “Billing Information” → “Edit Data”.

3. Find the field “Company state”. Select your company state.

4. Click “Save”.
