How can I contact the support team to ask a question?

Before you contact our support team with your question, we kindly ask you to browse our FAQ.

You can either browse different categories or directly enter a question into a search box.

If you do not find the answer on your question, please contact the support team using the tab “Write an e-mail”.

To contact the support team, please do the following:

1.Select a department

First select from the categories:

• I am a producer or provider and…

• I actively sell products...

• I am affiliate and…

• I am client or product provider and...

• I am customer...

After choosing the corresponding request (e.g. “I am customer (buyer of a product) and”), click “Next”.

2. Your question

Please fill in the fields with the following details:

• General information

• Order details

• Your message

You can also upload files (e.g. screenshots with system messages).

3. Submit

Please click “Submit”. We will contact you as soon as possible to process your request.
