We take care of returns, cancellations, and revocations for you. If one of your customers would like to return a product, please proceed as follows:

1.As a vendor your client will first contact you which enables you to check the return.

2. If the return is justified, please contact our support via support@affilicon.net

3. We will immediately arrange a refund for your customer

At the same time as a vendor you'll be refunded the total affilicon fees. Consequently, in case of standard returns there will be no fee for you or your clients.


Furthermore, we can also handle partial returns and grant your clients a partial refund of the total amount.

Only in the case of returns that are not classified as standard (like charge-backs on credit cards as well as return debits with ELV and PayPal) we will need to invoice you as vendor 10,66€. This is because the payment providers charge a charge-back fee to cover the extra effort. Please consider, that this charge-back fee will only be applied in the case of non-standard returns. As long as returns, cancellations, and revocations can be handled the way mentioned above, we will make the return for you and your customers free of charge.
