In this article we would like to show you how to generate Hop-Links for affiliates. If you are an affiliate and you wish to promote products, then you'll be informed on this page (click here) about the procedure of creating your own affiliate-link.
Please follow the steps shown below to create a Hop-Link for your affiliates:
1.Go to your administrative area. After logging into your My-area, please go to “My Products”.
2. Please click in the left bar on “Landing Pages”
3. Click on the “+New” button and you will get to the following view:
4. Enter a description at “Description” as an internal note.
5. Please fill in the URL of your landing page at “Landing Page URL”. If one of your affiliates holds an individual landing page and wishes to link directly to the affilicon order form, then enter the link of the affilicon order form in this box.
6. Click on “Save”.
7. Now you will see, that a Hop-Link has been created automatically. It has the following structure:
8. Please click on “Copy Hop-Link” to duplicate the generated link. Then a new window will be opened. If the affiliate holds an individual landing page, please enter into the field “affiliateID” the affilicon account name of the affiliate. All commissions made through this link will then be assigned to the respective Affiliate. The box “trackingID” is optional and can be used to sort and organize your landing pages more efficiently.
