Would you like to set up individual shipping costs for a physical product? If so, please go to the edit mode of your product and choose the tab “Shipping costs”. For the shipping costs, distinction is made between Europe 1, Europe 2 and other countries (World 1 and 2).
Here, we'll show you an example of what the settings for Europe 1 (Members of the Euro Zone) could look like. If you, for example, would like to determine that all EU members of the €-zone shall pay 10,00 € shipping costs, please add this information beside the field “Europe 1”:
Furthermore you will have the possibility to add exceptions. This means for example, if shipping costs from Germany only amount to 4,50€, then you can select Germany by clicking it once and filling in the provided field the corresponding amount, which is in this case 4,50€. Consequently, all other countries of the €-zone would be charged with 10,00 € shipping costs. This process can be repeated as often as desired.
Another example: If you wish to ship only to Germany, Spain, France and Malta, then you just have to click on the buttons of those countries and enter the individual shipping costs. After that, those four countries will automatically be the only ones activated for shipping on your order form. This may look as follows:
The same steps apply to the settings for Europe 2 as well as World 1 and 2.
Please note that by selecting a gross price for the product, you will automatically set up gross shipping costs as well. Therefore if you specify a net price for the product, net shipping costs will be applied.
