Scan and Check Ticket at the Event Location

If you sell e-tickets to your seminars or other events with AffiliCon, you can validate each e-tickets

using a barcode scanner during your event without wasting much time.

Here you can find out, how to create and activate e-tickets.

To scan your e-tickets, please do the following:

1. Make sure you have an internet connection at your access control point.

2. Log in to your affilicon-account at affilicon.net.

3. Go to https://my.affilicon.net/ticketadmission in a new window.

 

4. Connect the barcode scanner to your laptop or tablet.

You can purchase a barcode scanner online, for example from Amazon (http://amzn.to/2i1FeQ7 for PCs und laptops).

5. Scan the e-tickets of your participants at the entrance.

Please, note: If your participants do not have their tickets printed or if you can not scan the barcode for other reasons,

you can also enter the ticket number manually without spaces and submit the number by pressing the Enter key.

The ticket number is the first number in the line “affilicon e-ticket”:

6. Validate the status of the e-ticket displayed on your laptop or tablet (“ticket accepted”, “ticket was already redeemed”,

“no ticket number available” or “ticket was refunded”).

Attention: The tool is currently only available in German.
