Set Upsell-Flow

An upsell will redirect your customers to one or more order pages once the first order has been completed.

There you offer your customers further products for sale. With just one click, the customer can then also buy this additional product.

To set up an upsell-flow, please do the following:

Attention: You need to create a landing page for the upsell-flow integration first.

On this landing page you will be offering to your customers one or several additional sales offers.

1. Select “Upsell-Flows” in the blue "Menu" bar on the left side of your administration area

2. Click "+ New" to create a new upsell-flow.

3. Please name your flow.

4. Choose your "main product" in the drop-down menu "Initial product". This is the product the customer buys first.

5. Under "Upsell-Flow" click on "Plus" to create an additional step. A "step" is a step that your customer makes in the sales process.

6. In the new step select one or more products to be offered to the end customer.

7. You can add any number of additional steps by clicking "Plus".

8. Use the gray rectangle to determine the next steps in the cases of purchase or non-purchase. This allows you to play creatively and design different scenarios / logics according to your needs.

The steps are numbered with numbers (1, 2, 3 etc.). The "thank you page" is displayed as a small "target flag".

9. For each product and event (purchase or non-purchase), your system provides a link. These links should be placed on your landing page on the appropriate "Buy" or "Not Buy" buttons.

10. Insert the URL of your landing page into the "Location" field.

11. Click "Save" to save your progress.

12. Your last page is always the "thank you page". The "thank you page" is automatically saved by Affilicon.

The page contains a list of the products purchased by the customer and, if necessary, provides access to your products.
