Cross-Sell 2.0

With a cross-sell you can offer your customers additional products during the checkout process. Our new cross-sell 2.0 is very flexible, which makes it a powerful tool for generating more revenue.

The cross-sell 2.0 is not yet applicable with subscriptions or upsells. If you are currently using one of these features in your sales funnels, please use our old cross-Sell 1.0.

How can I activate this function?

1. Send us following information to clients@affilicon.net:

The product ID
A header image with at least 1000px width for your checkout

2. After the manual activation by our support team, you will have access to the feature under the menu item "Cross-Sells (Beta)".

3. Additionally you will receive an active purchase link from us.

Create a Cross-Sell 2.0

1. Add a new cross-sell under "Cross-Sells (Beta)".

Please note that only approved products can be used for a cross-sell.

2. Give your cross-sell an internal name. Select whether you want to create a cross-sell with gross based products or with net based products.

3. In the next step select the products that should be displayed as cross-sells on the checkout by clicking the plus symbol.

Click "Select All", if all products should be offered as cross-sell products. In the search box, you can search by product ID or product name.

4. Under "Position in Checkout" select the display option and, if needed, a discount.

Currently, there are three cross-sell display options available.

Display Option 1: In carousel below cart

The cross-sell product is displayed under the shopping cart with the remark "Others bought too".

Display Option 2: In cart

The cross-sell product is already displayed in the shopping cart, but must still be actively added to the purchase by the customer.

Display option 3: Added to the purchase

The cross-sell product is already displayed in the shopping cart and has already been added to the purchase. The customer has to actively deselect it in order not to purchase it.

5. Now assign the selected cross-sell products to one or more main product(s). The cross-sell products will be always displayed on the checkout, as soon as one of the main products is placed in the shopping cart.

6. Save your new cross-sell.
