Product Category

After logging in to affilicon.net, create a new product in your administration area or choose an already existing product. Click "Edit".

Under "Product data" select a product category (e.g. for a printed book to be sent, mark the categories “Physical” and then “Books”).

Attention: Please assign to all your products a certain product category as different product categories require different value-added tax rates.

We take charge of paying the correct VAT rate to the tax office.

Furthermore, different features (e.g. shipping costs for physical products or dispatch of appropriate eTickets for seminars) may be activated depending on the delivery types.

You can divide your products in the following categories:

• Membership access

• Webinars / Telephone Coaching

• Web Design, SEO & Online Marketing

• Download

• Physical

• Mixed (download and physical)

• Seminars

• Seminars (exempted from value-added tax)

• Seminars in Switzerland

Subcategories will become visible automatically after choosing one of the categories.

To offer seminars exempted from value-added tax, please contact our support. As soon as you have verified the exemption from turnover tax, we will enable this function for you.

When you are unable to find a proper category for your product or if you are uncertain about the correct classification, please contact our support.
