Maropost Integration
Maropost is a B2C cloud-based revenue optimization suite that gives companies the ability to increase cross-channel customer engagement to maximize revenue.
You can sign up for Maropost here.
To connect to Maropost, please do the following:
1. Log in to affilicon.net and open your administration area.
2. Choose an already existing product or create a new product in your administration area, then select “Edit” to connect it to Maropost.
3. Open the tab “Integrations” and create a new integration by clicking “+ Add new integration”.
Select the provider “Maropost” from the drop-down menu “Type of integration”.
4. To receive your ”API-Key”, “List-ID” and your “Account-Number”, please log in to www.maropost.com. Click “Settings” in the navigation bar and then select “Connections”.
5. If you have already created the API-Key, you can find it under Account → Connections → API Keys. If you still need to create it, select Account → Extras → API Keys.
Click “Add Key” in the upper-right corner of the page. Please copy the API-Key in the respective field in your administration area at affilicon.
6. To get the “List-ID” and the “Account-Number”, open your created List for affilicon and take the missing numbers from the URL.
In this example the “Account-Number” is 1130 and the “List-ID” is 16.
Enter these details into the respective fields of your administration area at affilicon and click “Add”.
If you have not created any List yet, click “EMAIL” → “Contacts”. Choose “New List”.
7. Create new segments.
To create a new segment, click “EMAIL” → “Segments”. Choose “New segment”.
8. Name the segment and configure it with the desired tags.
9. Finish the Maropost integration into affilicon by clicking “Add”.
I do not have a List-ID. Can I still use Maropost integration without a List-ID?
If you do not have a List-ID, you can use Maropost without our standard Maropost Integration. Please use instead our ITNS Integration (click here for instructions) with the following POST-Request:
http://api.maropost.com/accounts/:account_id/contacts(.:format).
Via this link AffiliCon is able to communicate with Maropost directly, without using the standard integration and a List-ID. Please check the following guide for more details:
